DELIVERY

Orders paid for using the online payment service or postal orders we aim to deliver within 3 working days by Royal Mail First Class.  If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative or a refund.

First Class postage is our standard method of postage but cannot guarantee a delivery day for this method.

Should you require delivery next day there will be an extra charge of £3.95 if ordered before 12.00 noon, this service is available Monday to Friday. 

We will endeavour to get orders out straight away, but there might be a slight delay.

We do not have a collection on Saturday, but should you require delivery for a Saturday please contact us as there will be an extra charge.

Orders paid for after 12.00 noon will be despatched next day.

Proof of posting will always be obtained but once an item has been posted we accept no liability for losses.  Any claims for loss of post to be made by buyer.
