RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your goods, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days NO REFUND will be given and the item will only be returned to you once you have paid our additional postage.

All goods should be in their original packaging with labels attached.  Returns will be refunded less postage costs unless due to an error on our part. Refunds will be given by the same payment method at the original payment was received.

Accessories bags MUST be unopened and not resealed.

The item was checked before dispatch.  If it is returned damaged, NO REFUND shall be given.

The item must not smell of perfume, aftershave or tobacco smoke or any other odours.

If you return the item for a different size, you will be required to pay the additional postage charge.

Please obtain proof of postage for returns as we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post.
